How long does it take to receive my custom gown?
As each Galia Lahav gown is meticulously handcrafted to your measurements, the standard production timeline is approximately 6 to 9 months. We recommend starting your shopping journey at least a year before your wedding date.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury couture and evening wear worldwide. All international orders are shipped via secure, insured courier services to ensure your garment arrives in pristine condition.
Can I request customizations to an existing design?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke experience. You can request modifications such as neckline changes, sleeve additions, or custom train lengths during your consultation with our design team.
What is your return policy for Made-to-Order items?
Due to the personalized nature of our couture and made-to-order gowns, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For our 'Ready-to-Wear' collections, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided all tags are attached.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
For online orders, we provide a comprehensive sizing guide. However, for the best fit, we highly recommend visiting one of our flagship stores or authorized retailers to be professionally measured by our stylists.
Are alterations included in the price of the gown?
Alterations are typically a separate service and are not included in the initial purchase price of the gown. We offer in-house tailoring at our flagship locations, or we can recommend certified luxury seamstresses in your area.
