At Galia Lahav, we strive for perfection in every stitch; if your luxury purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made couture gowns and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Await Authorization

  Our concierge team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our quality standards for return eligibility.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn items in their original luxury packaging with all designer tags attached and affix the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and passes our rigorous quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
